- 30 ml of high-proof alcohol - for example wine spirit or lemon balm spirit (from the pharmacy)

- 2 drops of tea tree oil

- 3 drops of other essential oils with antimicrobial properties and fresh fragrance - for example lavender, thyme, peppermint, cloves, cinnamon, rosemary or Eucalyptus

-1 teaspoon aloe vera gel - to protect the hands against dehydration and to provide the skin with nourishing substances, optionally a little

vitamin E oil - also has a skin-care and preservative effect.

With these simple steps, you can create a hand-made spray: mix water, alcohol and aloe vera gel and pour into the spray bottle. Add essential oils. Close the bottle and shake it thoroughly once.

250 ml glass bottles (dark brown, blue or green glass)

250 ml normal water

5 drops oregano oil


Pour the water into the bottle with the oregano oil.

Mix. Finished.

It is best to use the mouthwash before going to bed after brushing your teeth. Put a little of the mouthwash in your mouth. Rinse through mouth for about 1 minute, ready to spit out. don't eat or drink afterwards.

100 ml natural vinegar

2 teaspoons of essential tea tree oil
