Laugh at Yourself

Before we can let our inner light shine, we must first find it and then connect it to it.⁠

 

Taking the time to think about yourself regularly - physically and spiritually - can help us and create more space for light and ease.⁠

For example, it helps to be able to laugh at yourself.⁠

When we stop judging ourselves and instead start accepting ourselves for who we are, our light shines a little brighter. We should become more confident and not biased.⁠

Bias lowers self-confidence and prevents us from enjoying life.
