Before we can let our inner light shine, we must first find it and then connect it to it.
Taking the time to think about yourself regularly - physically and spiritually - can help us and create more space for light and ease.
For example, it helps to be able to laugh at yourself.
When we stop judging ourselves and instead start accepting ourselves for who we are, our light shines a little brighter. We should become more confident and not biased.
Bias lowers self-confidence and prevents us from enjoying life.
