All our experiences in life and all the things other people tell us, are born in our brains.
Ideas about how we should be, and also how the world should be around us, how it has become as it is, and what will become of it and
us when we leave the world.
These are ideas and hypotheses whose validity no one can verify, but which we cling to as well as we believe in.
Any shaking of these images by what we experience on a daily basis is a threat to us and, just as if someone jostled us with a
revolver, provokes an uncontrollable stress response within us.
