Good and Evil

In good as well as in evil, repeated decisions and acts or omissions do not just shape the moment.

They also have a positive or negative impact on our future. For these create favorable or unfavorable directions for later opportunities in our lives. For they create inclinations in us, which make it easier for us to act in the same direction. Addictions become habits. Habits then increasingly shape our character structure. These solidify in us in good, as well as in evil.

The more consciously we live, the more we pursue our goals, the more relentlessly our will learns to settle on our decisions, the more stable our impressions of our character become.

At some point in our lives will it be very difficult to live in a different way as we are now used to life.

Man is then solidified in the good, or hardened in evil.
